RETAIL & STORE EXPERIENCE

The retail and store experience is just another opportunity to fully immerse consumers in your brand ethos.  One of the most powerful opportunities to engage with consumers in a full sensorial experience, if leveraged correctly the store experience can transform a customer's entire experience with a brand - both positively or negatively.  Here's a few examples of retail brand experiences that I have had the fortunate experience to work on during my career.

CLUB MONACO 5TH AVENUE FLAGSHOP - NEW YORK, NEW YORK

As the largest flagship remodel done by Club Monaco, I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to collaborate with the store design team to build in a brand experiential moment that helped to reinforce the brand pillars of the Culture Club Tumblr Blog.  Reflecting the same ideals and rooted in the brand positioning of "Get Inspired by what Inspires Us" we decided to collaborate and partner with Toby's Estate, Strand Books and Polux Florists - each which helped to reinforce the notions of food, art and design.

CLUB MONACO MEN'S SHOP - ST. FRANCIS YARD, HONG KONG

For the Club Monaco brand, I worked on the first-ever Men's Shop Retail Concept.  As seen here, the store occupied a very small footprint in the trendy St. Francis Yard District of Hong Kong but driven by the strong consumer trend of emerging men's haberdashery & tailored stores in the neighborhood Club Monaco decided to launch its first location across the Pacific.

ORIGINAL PENGUIN FLAGSHIP STORE - NOHO, NEW YORK

To coincide with the brand's strategic repositioning, the retail experience at the new flagship location in the NoHo district of New York was introduced. Infusing the new contemporary brand colors, while nodding to the heritage of the brand through natural walnut wood tones, the new space was reimagined to reflect a more fresh take on the modern-day guy.
